Online Purchases - Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us via email as soon as possible and we will gladly exchange or issue a refund or store credit for unworn items/with original tags within 20 days of online purchase.

 

  • All returns require a return authorization before they will be accepted.
  • Please email support@shopsomethingpretty.com for authorization.
  • Sale items, undergarments, swimwear, and jewelry are final sales.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please provide a tracking number via email with your return. Refunds or store credits will not be issued until returned products are received and deemed acceptable condition with original tags on and unworn.
